Appointment Cancellations

We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• ✦24+ hours notice:Full refund or free rescheduling

• ✦Less than 24 hours:50% cancellation fee may apply

• ✦No-show:Full treatment fee may be charged

Program Refunds

Skin programs are designed as structured, multi-session plans. Refunds for programs are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• ✦Before first treatment: Full refund minus any products already provided

• ✦During program: Pro-rata refund for unused sessions, minus products provided

• ✦Completed programs: No refund available
